Re-Registration Requirements
- Old registration
- Insurance Card (that is effective the day of registration)
- Mileage
- Anyone can do a re-registration of a vehicle.
- Re-registrations can be done on Rapid Renewal
New Registrations – Dealer
- Blue Title Application
- Bill of Sale
- Insurance Card (that is effective the day of registration)
- Mileage
- Window Sticker
- Leased vehicles require a copy of Lease Agreement
New Registration – Private Sale
Bill of Sale Must include:
VIN #
Year of Vehicle
Seller Name and Address
Buyer Name and Address
Milage
Prior Title – No cross outs or white outs can be made on the Title or Bureau of Motor Vehicle will not except it.
*Blank forms are available at the Town Office with all the required information needed.
Motorcycles, Campers, and Large Trucks
Need the MSRP, which we have to get from Bureau of Motor Vehicle. The office of Motor Vehicle is only open from 9 – 12, so we are unable to finish your registration if you come in outside hours.
New Registration through a Dealer must have

- Mileage for motorcycles and large trucks
New Registration – Private sale
- Bill of Sale
- Vin#, year, make and model
- Prior title
- Campers and large trucks need number of tires and axels
Trailers
Re-registration need old Registration

- Number of Tires and Axles
ATV’s, Snowmobiles, and Boats
New Registrations must have

Reregistrations can be done online at:
Vanity Plates
After 30 days of registering your vehicle, you will be able to go to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles website and order your plates.
Vehicles prior to 1994 do not require a title.
Hunting and Fishing Licenses
Hunting and fishing licenses can be purchased at the Town Office or you can purchase them online.
