Town Office
The Franklin Community Center contains the Town Office and Meeting Rooms.
The building began as the First Free High School in Franklin 1909-1910.
It was built by all local folks for $3075.05
Office Hours — Town Office
Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.
(Closed for lunch 12 – 1 p.m. on Thursdays & Fridays May – September)
(Closed for lunch 12 – 1 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays October – April)
Town Clerk hours are nights and weekends by appointment only.

Meetings Schedule
Selectboard Meetings
2nd and 4th Monday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
If a Monday falls on a holiday, the meeting will be held Tuesday of that week.
Assessor Meetings
1st & 3rd Saturday of each month at 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
Water Department Directors Meetings
2nd and 4th Monday of each month following the regular Selectboard Meeting.
Budget Committee
Monday evenings in January/February before the end of our fiscal year, February 28.
Community Center Trustees Meetings
2nd Saturday of each month at 9:00 a.m. and as needed
